 1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements  Returns are accepted only in case of damage or manufacturing defects.
 Products are not returnable for reasons such as:
   Change of mind Dislike of design, size, or colour Minor variations or general wear and tear Custom-made or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
 2. Replacement Policy
 If your product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
 Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible
 3. Proof Required (Unboxing Video)
To process any claim, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing:
 Package in unopened condition from all sides Complete unboxing process
